Abstract The invention provides a cross-correlation sound source positioning method with the combination of auditory masking and double-ear signal frames, and relates to the field of speech recognition control. According to the method, in terms of robustness, aiming at a conventional sound source positioning method based on double-ear cross-correlation, the sound source positioning precision is reduced in a noise environment, the auditory feature of auditory masking is introduced to a spectral subtraction, music noises can be well suppressed, the spectral subtraction based on auditory masking can be regarded as front-end processing of double-ear positioning, the generalized cross-correlation can extract the double-ear time difference, and the sound source positioning precision of a sound source positioning system in the noise environment can be improved; in the improvement of the double-ear cross-correlation sound source positioning method, aiming at the big influence of "auricle effect" and "superiority effect" on so
