Abstract The embodiments of the invention provide a mode switching method and an electronic apparatus. The mode switching method provided by the embodiments of the invention can be applied to a first electronic apparatus. The first electronic apparatus comprises first and second signal transmitting and receiving units. A second electronic apparatus comprises third and fourth signal transmitting and receiving units. The first and third signal transmitting and receiving units transmit and/or receive signals in a first manner, and the second and fourth signal transmitting and receiving units transmit and/or receive signals in a second manner different from the first manner. The method comprises the steps of establishing connection with the second electronic apparatus in the first manner; transmitting a first signal to the third signal transmitting and receiving unit via the first signal transmitting and receiving unit; transmitting a second signal to the fourth signal transmitting and receiving unit via the second signal
