Abstract The invention relates to a push-leaning safe punching device which is characterized in that a workpiece is transversely mounted on a punching support base; a punching head is arranged above the punching support base; a punching die is mounted below the punching support base; a punching cavity is formed in the punching die; a wear-proof sleeve is arranged on the side wall of the upper part of the punching head; a reflective groove is formed in the side wall of the lower part of the punching head; a tapered wear-proof ring is arranged at the lower end of the wear-proof sleeve; a mounting notch positioned on the side of the punching cavity is formed in the punching die; a communicated mounting hole is formed between the mounting notch and the punching cavity; a photoelectric induction switch is mounted in the mounting hole; an induction end of the photoelectric induction switch faces towards the punching cavity; the photoelectric induction switch transmits an induced signal of the reflective groove to a control center through a signal processor; the control center is connected with a stroke controller of the punching head; the punching cavity vertically penetrates through the punching die; a jacking block sliding vertically is mounted in the punching cavity and is driven by a hydraulic cylinder.
