The invention provides a fibrosis value assessing method and apparatus and a fibrosis dynamic assessing method and system. When a fibrosis value is assessed, a single quantitative index is obtained according to a secondary harmonic image of a biological tissue sample, and the assessed fibrosis value on the biological tissue sample is obtained by utilizing a correspondence relationship between the single quantitative index and the fibrosis value in a preset fibrosis database. In the process of assessing the fibrosis value of the biological tissue sample, the preset fibrosis value database is adopted as a unified standard, and the fibrosis value database is obtained after analyzing assessment results of fibrosis values of large amounts of biological samples, so that the difference of assessment results caused by artificial subjective assessment differences and biological tissue sample differences is reduced, and the accuracy of assessing the fibrosis values of the biological tissue samples is improved.
