Rolling wheels (12) capable of conveniently rolling on the support (4) are arranged at the outward ends of the rolling wheel shafts (10), so that the two rolling wheels (12) on the same side of the water tank (1) walk on L-shaped downwards-bent guide rails (11) of the support (4), and the water tank (1) conveniently topples over.
