Abstract The invention discloses a nozzle device of a 3D printer. The nozzle device comprises a nozzle module, a heat dissipation module, a nozzle base body and a feeding mechanism. The nozzle module is connected with the nozzle base body and comprises an upper pressing plate, a feeding pipe, a heat insulation part, a lower pressing plate, a throat pipe, a thermocouple, an electric heating pipe, an aluminum heating block and a nozzle. According to the nozzle device, the upper pressing plate is connected with the nozzle base body, a whole feeding channel is in seamless connection, and unobstructed wire feeding is guaranteed; the nozzle module can be conveniently dismounted and replaced, and the service life of the printer is prolonged; a solid-liquid transition area for wire materials in the feeding channel is reduced through a heat isolation structure, and a discharge opening is cooled more uniformly through the heat dissipation cooling module by means of an optimized flow guide device. The nozzle structure is tested practically, the problems that it is difficult to replace nozzles of similar 3D printers at present, the nozzles are blocked by wires, and only a single color and a single material can be printed are solved, the printing cost is effectively reduced, the printing efficiency is improved, and multi-color and multi-material printing of high quality is achieved.
