Abstract | The invention discloses a test device for the insulation performance of a wrapped insulation superconductor. The test device comprises a Dewar, a high-voltage bushing fixedly connected with the Dewar, and a forced-flow circulation cooling system communicated with the Dewar, wherein the Dewar is a vacuum composite thermal insulation metal Dewar, an outer wall of the Dewar is provided with a grounding terminal, one terminal of the high-voltage bushing is positioned in the Dewar, the other terminal of the high-voltage bushing is positioned outside of the Dewar, the high-voltage bushing is connected with the Dewar in a sealing manner, a wrapped insulation structure micro model is arranged in the Dewar, an outer wall of the wrapped insulation structure micro model is provided with a grounding leading wire, the grounding leading wire is electrically connected with an inner wall of the Dewar, a metal conductor of the wrapped insulation structure micro model is electrically connected with the terminal of the high-voltage bushing positioned in the Dewar, and the forced-flow circulation cooling system communicated with the Dewar is communicated with the Dewar and used for providing liquid nitrogen for the test device. According to the test device for the insulation performance of the wrapped insulation superconductor and a test method thereof, convenience is provided for the test of the insulation performance of the wrapped insulation structures. |
