Abstract The invention discloses a reutilization method of a by-product ammonium chloride from ammonia process to produce magnesium hydroxide. The comprises the following steps: (S1100) collecting by-product ammonium chloride generated from reaction of magnesium chloride and liquid ammonia; (S1200) ammonia distillation: preparing ammonia from calcium oxide and the ammonium chloride collected in (S1100) through an ammonia evaporation process; (S1300) condensation reaction: reacting ammonia obtained in the (S1200) and formaldehyde to prepare a a reaction solution; (S1400) concentration: evaporating the reaction liquid to form a reaction solution of high concentration; and (S1500) dehumidification: drying the reaction solution of high concentration to obtain a urotropine finished product. The reutilization method of by-product ammonium chloride from ammonia process to produce magnesium hydroxide at least can effectively recycle and use the by-product ammonium chloride from ammonia process to produce magnesium hydroxide.
