Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing cement mortar with gangue particles. The method comprises the following steps: according to the weight, 70-90 parts of cement, 10-30 parts of fly ash, 90-420 parts of gangue particles, 90-420 parts of manufactured sand, and 0.05-0.10 parts of a water retention thickener are well mixed by stirring, such that dry sand is obtained; water is added into the dry sand on site, such that interface mortar is obtained. According to the invention, the solid waste gangue is used for replacing manufactured sand with an equivalent mass, and is doped in cement mortar, such that cement mortar production cost is reduced, manufactured sand dose is reduced, manufactured sand exploiting can be reduced, and environment pollution and damage caused during a rock mining process can be reduced. With the method, cement mortar cost can be reduced, gangue stacking can be reduced, environment pollution caused by gangue can be reduced, waste can be turned valuable, and harmful substance can be utilized. The strength of the mortar provided by the invention can reach M5-M20, such that the mortar can be used in common industrial and civil building masonry, plastering and flooring projects. The method provides significant economic and environmental benefits. |
