Summary: | A five-shaft-linkage automatic drilling and milling platform for machining an installation plane of a vertical fin part connector is characterized by comprising a frame assembly, an upper plane guide rail assembly and a five-shaft machining system. The frame assembly serves as the main bearing component for the upper plane guide rail assembly and the five-shaft machining system and is fixedly connected with the ground. The upper plane guide rail assembly is located on the frame assembly and serves as the movement guiding device of the five-shaft machining system. The five-shaft machining system is provided with a five-shaft-linkage mechanism and can meet the functions of plane milling, hole machining and hole reaming of products. The five-shaft-linkage automatic drilling and milling platform has the advantages that the machining and assembly accuracy of products is guaranteed, the number of detachable parts is reduced, the operation space for workers is increased, labor intensity of workers is relieved, labor cost is reduced, production efficiency is improved, and environmental pollution is reduced. |
