Abstract | The invention belongs to the crossing technical field of materials science and biomedicine and particularly relates to a fluorescent/T1-MRI difunctional contrast medium and its preparation method and application. The fluorescent/T1-MRI difunctional contrast medium provided has a core-shell structure, wherein a core is Poly(St-co-GMA), and a shell layer is composed of Gd(AA)3Phen and Eu(AA)3Phen. A gadolinium-containing composition of a shell portion of the novel fluorescent/T1-MRI difunctional contrast medium imparts the T1-MRI imaging function to the contrast medium, and a europium-containing composition imparts a fluorescent imaging function to the contrast medium. The contrast medium with the core-shell structure has uniform particle size and stable structure, has simple synthetic conditions and good biocompatibility, has better fluorescent imaging and T1-MRI imaging effects, belongs to the crossing field of materials and biomedicine and has a potential application value. |
