A moving frame for operation auxiliary devices comprises two sets of supporting devices. Each set of the supporting device comprises two support frames, a longitudinal guide rail is arranged between every two support frames, the top of each support frame is provided with an installation seat, each longitudinal guide rail is provided with a plurality of walking seats, and a walking wheel with power is arranged at the bottom of each walking seat and matched with the corresponding longitudinal guide rail; the number of the walking seats on the two sets of the supporting devices is same, a screw rod and a guide rod are arranged between every two corresponding walking seats, each guide rod is provided with a guide block in a matched mode, the upper portion of each guide block is provided with two nuts which are matched with the corresponding screw rod, one end of each screw rod is provided with a motor, the lower portion of each guide block is provided with an installation frame, and the operation auxiliary devices are placed on the installation frames in a matched mode. According to the moving frame for the operation auxiliary devices, the operation auxiliary devices can be conveniently hung on the upper portion of an operation table according to the operation needs, space on the ground around the operation table cannot be occupied, smoothness of the surrounding environment of the operation table is kept, touching of the operation auxiliary devices is avoided, and normal proceeding of an operation is guaranteed.
