Abstract | The invention provides a calcined gypsum cooling material barrel which comprises a material barrel main body, wherein one end of the material barrel main body is a feeding end, and the other end of the material barrel main body is a discharging end; a plurality of material raising plates are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the material barrel main body; one end of each material raising plate is fixed on the inner wall of the material barrel main body, and other end of each material raising plate extends to the inside of the material barrel main body; an included angle of 120 to 160 degrees is formed between each material raising plate and the inner wall of the material barrel main body; by using the material raising plates, the moving trajectory of calcined gypsum is changed, the calcined gypsum reaches a certain height in the calcined gypsum cooling material barrel and then falls to the bottom of the cylinder body to be subjected to full heat exchange with cooling air, so that a better cooling effect is realized. The invention also provides a cooling device containing the calcined gypsum cooling material barrel. |
