Abstract | The invention provides a method for preparing fluorescent materials applied to LEDs.The emergent light conversion efficiency of LED chips by the prepared fluorescent materials is quite high; moreover, the phenomenon that the fluorescent materials are subjected to large thermal quenching, and thus the luminous intensity is sharply lowered at the packaging temperature of the LEDs can be avoided. Hence, the fluorescent materials have the advantages of being high in conversion efficiency, appropriate in light-emitting color, low in thermal quenching rate and the like. |
