Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of modifiers for recovery of waste/used friction plates and particularly relates to a modifier for recovery processing of waste/used carbon-based ceramic friction plates and a preparation method therefor. Raw materials of the modifier are appropriately proportioned, so that the raw materials such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphorite powder, illegal cooking oil, diesel oil, pine oil, plant ash, quicklime, phenol, formaldehyde and ammonium chloride improve one another, and the properties of the raw materials are improved; restriction is carried out through combining process parameters in a preparation process and a raw material mixing sequence, so that the action among all the raw materials is obviously improved, and the action of the modifier is improved; particularly, the active property and activation ability of the modifier are improved, so that the properties of ceramic friction materials, produced through modifying the waste/used carbon-based ceramic friction plates by adopting the modifier and then carrying out recycling, cannot be affected, the consumption of the raw materials and the probability that the waste/used carbon-based ceramic friction plates are difficult to be recycled are lowered, and thus, the modifier has remarkable environment-friendly value and economic benefit. |
