The invention discloses a current leakage detection and alarming device for an electric pole. The current leakage detection and alarming device comprises a framework, wherein the framework comprises an upper frame body, a lower frame body and a fastening piece, wherein the upper frame body is fixed above the fastening piece; the lower frame body is fixed below the fastening piece through a connection rod; at least three monitoring assemblies are fixedly mounted on each of the upper frame body and the lower frame body; each monitoring assembly is connected with a remote monitoring end through an electric conductor. By the connection between the remote monitoring end and the multiple monitoring assemblies, the current leakage detection and alarming device can sound an alarm instantly when current leaks, and can quickly and accurately position the current leakage in a stereo manner; therefore, the problem that the time and the labor are wasted during artificial overhauling is solved; meanwhile, the operation time of a skilled worker is shortened, and the risk is reduced.
