Summary: | The invention discloses a friction cold pressure welding and hole-sealing method for a low-carbon steel hole type joint, and aims to solve the technical problem that a joint welded by a current method is poor in shear resistance strength. According to the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the friction cold pressure welding and hole-sealing method comprises the following steps: firstly, processing a process hole, which needs hole-sealing welding, in a low-carbon steel component into a taper hole with certain taper, and preparing a homogeneous or heterogeneous low-carbon steel taper head with same taper and maximum diameter which is 110-120% of the hole diameter of the to-be-welded process hole, and grinding to-be-welded surfaces of the taper hole and the taper head; then, soaking the taper hole and the taper head into an absolute ethyl alcohol solution, ultrasonically cleaning the taper hole and the taper head, putting the taper hole and the taper head which are dried in air into a position between an upper pressure head and a lower pressure on a ZCJ1302-A full-automatic drop hammer impact tester, carrying out pressurized friction welding on the taper hole and the taper head, annealing the taper hole and the taper head, preserving the temperature of the taper hole and the taper head, and cooling the taper hole and the taper head with a furnace after the temperature preservation is ended. According to the friction cold pressure welding and hole-sealing method, a friction pressurizing mode is adopted, so that the carbon steel surface is deformed, thereby realizing cold pressure welding deformation. According to a test, the shear resistance strength of the joint reaches 55-65% of the strength of a low-carbon steel base material. |
