Summary:The invention discloses an ultrasonic testing method for the interior of a human body, a diagnostic apparatus and an transducer. The method comprises the following steps: an internal ultrasonic transducer with the center frequency of 5 MHz to 100 MHz is sent by an ultrasound catheter with the diameter of 0.1 mm to 5 mm to an internal to-be-tested part from a human body natural orifice or a minimally invasive opening; ultrasonic signals are sent to and received from the internal to-be-tested part for 360 degrees; moreover, the internal ultrasonic transducer is withdrawn, and the three-dimensional image of the to-be-tested part is obtained. The diagnostic apparatus comprises the ultrasound catheter with the diameter of 0.1 mm to 5 mm, the internal ultrasonic transducer with the center frequency of 5 MHz to 100 MHz is mounted at the front end of the ultrasound catheter, and the rear end of the ultrasound catheter is connected with a withdrawing/driving device; and the withdrawing/driving device is connected with an electronic imaging system. The transducer comprises an ultrasonic transduction unit composed of a backing layer, a piezoelectric layer and an acoustic matching layer which are connected in sequence and tightly. According to the invention, the ultrasonic transducer is sent to the internal part from the human body natural orifice or the minimally invasive opening, so that little injury can be caused on human body and the imaging resolution is improved.
