The method comprises the following steps: receiving a recording starting signal; setting the acquisition starting time of video information and track information; and controlling video acquisition equipment to begin to shoot the video information at the acquisition starting time, and controlling track acquisition equipment to begin to acquire the track information of the video acquisition equipment at the acquisition starting time, wherein the video information comprises a shot video picture and shooting time, and the track information comprises the acquired position information and acquisition time. The device comprises a receiving module, a setting module and a control module. The acquisition time of the video information and the acquisition time of the track information are guaranteed to be the same, and the time coupling of the video information and the track information is improved.
