Summary: | The invention discloses a multidirectional combined extrusion molding method for a large-size annular preventer. An extrusion mould is adopted, wherein the extrusion mould comprises an upper penetrating needle, a concave mould, an upper annular extrusion mould and a lower penetrating needle; the upper penetrating needle and the lower penetrating needle are respectively located above and under the middle part of the concave mould; the upper annular extrusion mould sleeves on the outer side of the upper penetrating needle. During an extrusion process, a method for quickly matching the upper penetrating needle with the upper annular extrusion mould is adopted, so that a mould cavity on a high rib at the bottom of a flange is full of the material, the happening of defects such as folding is avoided, the quality of products is increased and the use ratio of the material is increased. |
