Summary: | The invention relates to a multi-separation sintering furnace for a battery plate. The multi-separation sintering furnace for the battery plate comprises a sintering furnace body (1), wherein a sintering channel (2) is arranged in the sintering furnace body (1) from front to back. The multi-separation sintering furnace for the battery plate is characterized in that at least two groups of separation mechanisms (3) are arranged in the sintering channel (2) from front to back, wherein each separation mechanism (3) comprises a receiving section (3.1), two symmetrically-arranged distribution sections (3.2), and a distribution mechanism (3.3); the front end of the receiving section (3.1) of each separation mechanism (3) in the rear is connected to the rear end of one distribution section (3.2) of the corresponding separation mechanism (3) in the front; heating devices (4) are arranged at two sides of the receiving section (3.1) or the distribution sections (3.2) of each separation mechanism (3). The multi-separation sintering furnace and a sintering method of the battery plate have the advantages of saving the energy, and decreasing the production cost. |
