Abstract A plate surface level control tool comprises bottom adjustment brackets, middle adjustment support racks and top level control steel pipes, wherein the bottoms of the adjustment brackets are fixed on a bottom template of a surface to be casted, the tops of the adjustment brackets are connected with the bottoms of the adjustment support racks, the tops of the adjacent two adjustment support racks are clamped with the level control steel pipes in the casting direction of concrete, and the top level of the rack is same to the complete level of the large-area concrete plate to be casted. The construction steps of applying the tool to the large-area concrete plate comprise producing of the level control tool, measuring and lofting, controlling of the level of the adjustment support rack, controlling of the level of the concrete complete surface, and casting of the concrete. The traditional 'point control' is deformed and changed into 'surface control', the traditional 'post inspection' is changed into 'control before casting', secondary rework is avoided, the integrity of the floor is increased, the requirements of the plate surface one-time casting, high-precision and high flatness are satisfied.
