The preparation method of the compound comprises: adding 2,5-di(2-thienyl)-1,4-butanedione monomer, N'-(4-aminophenyl)-N'- p-methyl-phenyl-1,4-diamine and p-toluenesulfonic acid into toluene, then conducting heating reflux and rotary evaporation to obtain the compound. The structural formula of the polymer is as below. The polymer is prepared by polymerizing the compound.
