The invention belongs to the anti-counterfeiting technical field and particularly relates to an anti-counterfeiting bottle cap washer and a preparation method thereof. The anti-counterfeiting bottle cap washer is formed by sequential connection of a foam layer, a first glue layer, a release layer, a holographic information layer, an aluminum-coated layer, a second glue layer and a transparent covering layer from top to bottom. A gap portion is formed in the aluminum-coated layer, and a digital layer and a printing layer are arranged in the gap portion in parallel. According to the anti-counterfeiting bottle cap washer and the preparation method thereof, a traditional ordinary bottle cap washer is transformed into the anti-counterfeiting washer of a brand new structure through process combination; anti-counterfeiting characteristics and anti-counterfeiting information are added on the basis of an existing bottle cap washer, so that the production cost is reduced; the problem of deformation of the washer is solved through a compound transferring mode; the release layer, the holographic information layer and the aluminum coated layer are clamped between two layers of materials, and accordingly the release layer, the holographic information layer and the aluminum-coated layer are prevented from being submerged and damaged by liquid in a bottle.
