The invention provides an intelligent antitheft logistics transfer box comprising a box body with one opening end; one side of the box body is hinged to a cover used for covering the box body opening, and the cover is provided with a lock hole; the box body is provided with an intelligent lock; the intelligent lock comprises a plug pin, an electromagnetism mechanical control module used for controlling the plug pin to do plugging operation in the lock hole after power on, a wireless RFID radio frequency module for wireless technology networking, a storage module used for storing a preset identifying code, good information, and logistics information received by the wireless RFID radio frequency module, and a code verification module used for controlling the electromagnetism mechanical control module to be powered up according to a comparison result, wherein the comparison result is obtained through comparing a verification code received by the wireless RFID radio frequency module with a to be verified verification code. The plug pin is connected with the electromagnetism mechanical control module in a brake manner; the electromagnetism mechanical control module, the code verification module, the storage module and the wireless RFID radio frequency module are connected in sequence and electrically charged. The intelligent antitheft logistics transfer box and system are suitable for goods transhipment in electronic commerce, is environmental friendly, safe and convenient.
