Abstract The invention discloses a deep cavity machining system suitable for crisp and hard materials. The deep cavity machining system comprises an ultrasonic vibration grinding device installed on a machine tool main shaft. A lifting type clamping device is arranged below the vibration grinding device. An automatic outer cooling device and an automatic grinding wheel finishing device are arranged on the two sides of the lifting type clamping device respectively. The deep cavity machining system can overcome the defects of an existing component deep cavity machining method, and special-shaped and deep cavity crisp and hard material components can be efficiently and accurately machined.
