The invention provides a special integrated temperature and pressure transmitter for an oil well. The temperature and pressure transmitter is compact in structure and is simpler and more convenient to install, thereby shortening idle time, and facilitating construction of workers. The special integrated temperature and pressure transmitter for the oil well includes a cavity with openings at two ends, the cavity is internally provided with a baffle plate, the baffle plate divides the cavity into an electric meter chamber and a circuit board chamber, and a wire passing hole for electrical connection of the electric meter chamber and the circuit board chamber is arranged on the baffle plate; a temperature sensor wire passing hole and an antenna feeder wire passing hole are arranged on a chamber wall of the circuit board chamber, and the cavity top is provided with a temperature transmitter and a wireless antenna in positions corresponding to the temperature sensor wire passing hole and the antenna feeder wire passing hole; and the circuit board chamber is internally provided with a signal processing circuit and a pressure transmitter, the bottom of the cavity is provided with a pressure-resistant integral joint, and the pressure-resistant integral joint is provided with a temperature sensor and a pressure sensing probe connected with the pressure transmitter through a gas guide cable.
