Abstract | The invention discloses heavy metal resisting polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon degrading bacteria, a composition and the application of the heavy metal resisting polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon degrading bacteria. The bacteria are Mycobacterium gilvum, and the collection number is CGMCC No. 10941. The bacteria can be used for removing or degrading polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, particularly polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in soil and water environment, and can also be used for bioremediation in soil and water environment polluted by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, particularly soil and water environment polluted by heavy metal and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon. Meanwhile, the bacteria and a surface active agent can be cooperated to improve the ability of removing or degrading polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon. |
