Summary:The invention provides a thick oil sulfonate preparing method. The method is characterized in that thick oil is used as a raw material, the viscosity of the thick oil is 2000-50000 mPas (50 DEG C), sulfuric trioxide is used as a sulfonating agent, sulfonic acid (-sulfur trioxide H) groups are introduced into thick oil molecules to obtain thick oil sulfonic acid, the thick oil sulfonic acid is neutralized through alkali, and namely sulfonate (-sulfur trioxide M, wherein M represents alkali metal ions, ammonium ions and the like) groups are introduced into the thick oil molecules to obtain thick oil sulfonate. The method is suitable for thick oil exploration in an oil field, and the sulfonate is a surface active agent, is good in compatibility with the thick oil, can be adsorbed to the oil-water interface, is beneficial for reducing oil-water interface tension, and has a good emulsification and viscosity reduction ability and better salt-tolerant and high-temperature-resistant properties, so that the thick oil viscosity and thick oil flowing resistance are reduced, and the yield of crude oil is increased.
