Summary: | The invention relates to a method for improving continuous casting slab quality and belongs to the technical field of continuous casting pouring. The superheat degree of a tundish is controlled to be 10-25 DEG C; tundish filling operation is performed for the tundish, the tonnage of the tundish is controlled to be 41-45 t; the constant speed of a continuous casting machine is controlled to be 0.9-1.1 m/min; and the liquid level fluctuation of a crystallizer is controlled to be within +/-5 mm. The method has the advantages that the surface quality and internal quality of continuous casting slabs are improved; the slag entrapment in the crystallizer caused by the low liquid level of the tundish is effectively avoided, the content of continuous casting slab impurities is reduced, and the flaw detection pass rate is improved. |
