Abstract The invention provides a bearing pressing mechanism comprising a transmission device, a bearing machine, a returning and releasing device and an elevating device. The transmission device is used for transmitting a motor rotor. The transmission device is also provided with a position-limiting part which is used for limiting the position of the motor rotor. The bearing machine is arranged beside the transmission device and used for pressing a bearing in the motor rotor when the motor rotor on the transmission device stops at the position-limiting part. The returning and releasing device is used for controlling inflow and outflow of the motor rotor on the transmission device. The elevating device is arranged at the lower side of the transmission device. The elevating device is used for lifting the motor rotor. Full-automatic bearing installation is realized by the bearing pressing mechanism. Compared with existing semi-automatic bearing machines, former and latter working positions can be greatly connected, a turnover vehicle is omitted, an employee is relieved, the motor rotor flowing out of the former working position is timely consumed and thus packaging or overturning can be avoided.
