The present invention discloses an ultraviolet laser processing device, and relates to the field of mechanical equipment. The ultraviolet laser processing device comprises a base, and a laser and a support which are disposed on the base, wherein a Z shaft is disposed on a front end of the laser, a light guide box is disposed at an outer side of the Z shaft and is internally provided with a reflecting mirror and a focusing mirror, an industrial camera lens is disposed at a bottom end of the Z shaft, an X axis linear guide rail and a Y axis linear guide rail which are arranged in a perpendicular manner are disposed on the base, a drive device is disposed below the X axis linear guide rail, an adsorption platform is disposed on the Y axis linear guide rail, and the support is provided with a touch display screen, a keyboard mouse, a laser controller and an industrial control machine. According to the ultraviolet laser processing device, the industrial control machine drives the laser controller to generate ultraviolet laser beams, the laser beams are focused on the surface of a workpiece through the light guide box, the workpiece on the adsorption platform is driven by the drive device to complete moving processing of corresponding tracks, the industrial camera lens can detect surface parameters of the workpiece and can realize surface machining, and the automation degree is high.
