The invention relates to a moisture-keeping and ventilated radiation-proof wool knitted flashing fabric which is widely applied to manufacturing of high-grade female clothes and belongs to the field of textile fabrics. The moisture-keeping and ventilated radiation-proof wool knitted flashing fabric comprises a wool knitted fabric body (1), and is characterized in that colorful flashing silk yarns (2) are fixed on the front surface of the wool knitted fabric body (1). A ventilated layer (3) is fixed on the back surface of the wool knitted fabric body (1); vent holes are formed in the ventilated layer (3); a metal plating layer (4) is stuck between the ventilated layer (3) and the wool knitted fabric body (1). The wool knitted flashing fabric fuses the natural color and luster of wool and the bright color and luster of the flashing silk yarns, and breaks through the limitation that the color of the wool knitted fabric is single, so that the clothes manufactured by the wool knitted flashing fabric keep warm, are comfortable and are shining, and are flexible and fashionable. The fabric also has the effects of keeping moisture, ventilating and resisting radiation.
