Abstract | The invention provides equipment and a method for measuring the temperature of a wax precipitation point of crude oil. The equipment comprises a high-pressure container for bearing crude oil to be measured, a heat preservation device, a first ultrasonic probe for transmitting ultrasonic waves, a second ultrasonic probe for receiving ultrasonic waves, an ultrasonic transmitter-receiver and a temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature in the high-pressure container in real time. The first ultrasonic probe and the second ultrasonic probe are arranged in the high-pressure container, and the tail part of the first ultrasonic probe and the tail part of the second ultrasonic probe penetrate out of the outer wall of the high-pressure container; the tail part of the first ultrasonic probe and the tail part of the second ultrasonic probe are connected with the ultrasonic transmitter-receiver. According to the equipment and the method provided by the invention, an acoustic parameter variation curve diagram in a crude oil cooling process is obtained by using an ultrasonic technology so as to obtain the temperature of the wax precipitation point of the crude oil to be measured according to the acoustic parameter variation curve diagram, and thus the temperature of the wax precipitation point of gas-containing crude oil of a high-temperature and high-pressure stratum is accurately measured. |
