The invention relates to an electrode guiding device of an electric discharge machine. The device comprises a base and a double-headed guider; multiple V-shaped blocks which are centrally corresponded one another and are used for fixing the double-headed guider and a workpiece are arranged on the upper portion surface of the base at intervals, multiple pressing blocks are arranged on the upper portion surface of the base at intervals, one end of each pressing block is in threaded connection with the base through a locking bolt, and the other end of each pressing block firmly clamps the double-headed guider or the workpiece with the corresponding V-shaped block; the axis of the double-headed guider correspondingly coincides with that of a deep-small hole to be machined in the workpiece. The device can perform accurate electrode positioning and deep-small hole machining, and therefore the machining range of the electric discharge machine is effectively increased.
