The invention discloses a helium tank support. The support comprises an installation plate assembly, a lower support rod assembly, and an upper support rod assembly; the installation plate is roughly in a triangular shape, the arc base line is provided with an installation angle support that is connected to an external bearing cylinder; a rounded tank installation embedded part is arranged on the top angle of the installation plate, the external cylindrical surface of the tank installation embedded part is provided with installation holes that are connected to a helium tank, a weight reducing groove is arranged between each two installation holes; a bearing beam structure is adopted in the axial direction of the central part, which is connected to the lower support rod assembly, of the tank installation embedded part, and the other part are provided with weight reducing grooves. A helium tank can be fixed on the bearing cylinder so as to enlarge the operation space over the middle plate of a communication capsule and improve the space utilization rate of a satellite, and thus an enough space can be created for the installation of a propelling system.
