Abstract The invention acquires a hoisting apparatus that is used to adjust the speed respond performance (stable time) of a crane trolley according to the ability of a hoisting apparatus manipulator, wherein the hoisting apparatus is provided with an overhead trolley driving motor, an overhead trolley speed order setting part, a resonance frequency calculation part, a vibration component removal part and a controller and driver for the overhead trolley, wherein the vibration reduction rate, the vibration attenuation frequency band and the regulation parameters regulated at the stable time based on the confirmation of the crane trolley speed order are inputted from an order stable time regulation part to the vibration component removal part; the regulation parameters are set with the vibration reduction rate, the vibration attenuation frequency band and the stable time corresponded to ON/ OFF operation times of an operation control rod of the crane trolley; if the ON/ OFF operation times of the operation control rod of the crane trolley are increased, the vibration reduction rate is improved, the vibration attenuation frequency band is widened and the stable time is extended; and if the ON/ OFF operation times are reduced, the vibration reduction rate is lowered, the vibration attenuation frequency band is narrowed and the stable time is shortened.
