Summary:The invention discloses a storage unit, a storage device and a layout structure thereof. The storage unit comprises an input end, a fuse element and a schottky diode, wherein the input end is connected with one end of the fuse element; the other end of the fuse element is connected with the anode of the schottky diode; and the cathode of the schottky diode is grounded. According to the storage unit, the storage device and the layout structure thereof provided by the technical scheme of the invention, programming current is provided for the fuse element via the schottky diode, stability of programming of the fuse element is improved.
