Abstract | The invention discloses a planetary roller lead screw precision testing device. A worktable is fixedly disposed on a base, the worktable is provided with two work faces perpendicular to each other, a servo motor is fixedly arranged on the base through a motor support, a guide rail and a grating ruler are fixed to the work face, parallel to the base, of the worktable, a bearing block is disposed on the work face, perpendicular to the base, of the worktable, a bearing is arranged in the bearing block, a slider is arranged on the guide rail, a nut sleeve is connected with the slider and a movable ruler body of the grating ruler, a nut of a planetary roller lead screw is fixedly connected with a nut sleeve, a lead screw shaft is fixedly connected with an inner circle of the bearing and is connected with an output shaft of the servo motor through an elastic coupler, an angle encoder is arranged on the bearing block, and the elastic coupler connected with the lead screw shaft of the planetary roller lead screw is locked through the inner circle of the angle encoder. By means of the device, the lead screw rotary angle and the nut axial displacement of the planetary roller lead screw can be synchronously collected, testing precision is high, the structural design is reasonable, operation is easy, and reliability is high. |
