The invention discloses a detachable penis fixator assisting a patient in self-catheterization. The detachable penis fixator comprises penis retaining clip trough plates, a regulator, a fixed handle and a fixed rod, and is characterized in that a slot plate is arranged at one end of each penis retaining clip trough plate, and a groove plate conforming to ergonomics and used for clamping a penis is arranged at the other end of each penis retaining clip trough plate; and the regulator consists of adjustable fixing plates, a manual regulating knob, springs, a regulating gear and stepping toothed plates. According to the detachable penis fixator, the penis retaining clip trough plates of different sizes, conforming to the ergonomics, can be chosen according to the penis size of a recipient to achieve the penis fixing function; the springs in slots of the regulator can expand and contract freely to prevent the penis from injuries caused by pressing; through embedding and nesting connection, the fixing height and angle of the fixed handle can be adjusted at will to bring convenience for use.
