Abstract | The invention discloses a full-scale detection method for the water content of wood. The full-scale detection method comprises the following steps of: selecting a water-content inspection sample plate, sawing a water-content inspection plate and an initial water-content test piece, measuring the initial mass of the water-content inspection plate and the initial water-content test piece, testing the initial water content of the inspection plate, calculating the absolute-dry mass, placing the water-content inspection plate for wood in a wood pile of a drying kiln, and carrying out drying treatment together with the dried wood under the same drying condition; testing the water content in real time; taking out the water-content inspection plate for wood from the drying kiln, and using a full-scale detection device to measure the water content of the water-content inspection plate for wood in real time. The full-scale detection method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that a measuring device is simple in structure, fast in detection, convenient in operation, wide in measuring range and high in measuring accuracy. |
