An automobile seat locking device is composed of a locking rack, screws, cover nuts, compression bolts, compression springs, locking toothed blocks, a rack and a manual control lever. After the horizontal position is adjusted, the manual control lever is loosened, the manual control lever is reset under the action of reset springs to drive the cover nuts to rotate and push in the reverse direction so that the locking toothed blocks are propelled inwards, the locking toothed blocks and the rack are meshed, and thus the purpose of locking is achieved. At the moment, in the absence of manual operation, the automobile seat locking device under the action of the compression springs cannot be unlocked automatically, so that tight locking is guaranteed.
