Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of chemical fiber spinning machinery, in particular to a multi-layer fluidizing drying tower. The multi-layer fluidizing drying tower is provided with a cylinder body, wherein an air inlet is formed in the bottom end of the cylinder body, an air outlet is formed in the top end of the cylinder body, a feed inlet and a discharge outlet are formed in the cylinder body, a cyclone separator is arranged in the cylinder body and located below the air outlet, a first fluidizing chamber and a second fluidizing chamber are arranged in the cylinder body from top to bottom, and a baffle penetrating through the first fluidizing chamber and the second fluidizing chamber is fixedly arranged on a first screen net. The multi-layer fluidizing drying tower is reasonable in design, adsorbed water adsorbed onto the surface of slices and narrow gaps can be effectively removed due to the arrangement of the first fluidizing chamber and the second fluidizing chamber, slice drying effect is good, and the qualified rate of silk is increased. |
