Abstract | The invention relates to a device for automatically detecting a weld joint of a low-pressure welding rotor of a steam turbine for a nuclear power station. The device comprises a guide rail component, a circumferential motion component, an axial drive component, a probe component and a circumferential drive component. The guide rail component is of an annular guide rail structure, and the direction of the opening of a guide rail groove is consistent with the direction of the axis of the annular guide rail structure. The circumferential motion component is embedded into the guide rail component and slides along the annular guide rail structure. The circumferential drive component is matched with the circumferential motion component and drives the circumferential motion component to slide in the circumferential direction. The axial drive component is connected with the circumferential motion component and comprises a sliding part which slides along the direction of the axis of the annular guide rail structure. The probe component is fixed to the sliding part. The device has the advantages that the device is quick and convenient to mount, the coaxiality of the device relative to the low-pressure welding rotor of the steam turbine can be quickly determined, and the device can be quickly mounted and positioned. |
