The invention relates to an attendance method and an attendance management method and device which are used for ensuring authenticity of employee attendance information. The attendance method comprises the steps that a mobile device is used for sending an attendance instruction to an attendance server; a shooting device on the mobile device is used for shooting faces of employees and pictures of attendance two-dimension codes displayed on a display device, and the attendance two-dimension codes are sent to the display device through the attendance server according to the attendance instruction; attendance information is generated according to the pictures, time for shooting the pictures and the employee information of the employees, and sent to the attendance server. According to the technical scheme, the employees are restrained and must be personally shot at the position where the display device is located, the authenticity of the employee attendance information is ensured, and the cheat behavior of attendance done by other people is avoided.
