Abstract | The invention relates to a light solid inner mold for a hollow floor and a preparation method of the light solid inner mold. Slurry for preparing the light solid inner mold for the hollow floor comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of cement, 22-32 parts of coal ashes and 2-4 seasonings; the seasonings are prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5%-8% of carbon black, 42%-48% of gypsum, 16%-20% of silica fume, 6%-8% of quicklime, 10%-15% of kieselguhr, 6%-10% of calcium stearate and 3%-5% of a fiber. Compared with a traditional hollow inner mold, the light solid inner mold disclosed by the invention has the obvious advantages of small dead weight (200-300kg/m ), high strength, good sound insulation and thermal insulation effects, no slurry leakage, low production cost, and high production efficiency. The preparation method is simple in technological process, low in cost, and high in capacity, stable in quality and free of an effect caused by outdoor air temperature, and can be applied to indoor full-automatic production. |
