Abstract The invention discloses an automatic riveting press for a corona wire. The automatic riveting press comprises a support, a feeding mechanism, a conveying mechanism, a pin insertion mechanism, a disc-type pin feeder and a riveting mechanism, wherein the feeding mechanism is arranged on the support and comprises a stock bin for containing transverse main rods, and a discharge hole for only allowing one main rod to drop each time is formed in the lower side of the stock bin; the conveying mechanism is arranged on a work table, and each main rod dropping from the discharge hole can be arranged on the conveying mechanism which can drive the corresponding main rod to move axially; the pin insertion mechanism comprises pin insertion parts and pre-compression telescopic cylinders, pricking pins can penetrate through channels to enter pin holes opposite to the channels when the pre-compression telescopic cylinders drive the pin insertion parts to be contacted with each main rod, and the tip ends of the pricking pins enter the pin holes firstly; pin discharge pipelines of the disc-type pin feeder are communicated with pin inlets of the channels, and the tip ends of the pricking pins enter the pin discharge pipelines firstly. According to the structural design of the automatic riveting press for the corona wire, the labor intensity of an operator can be effectively reduced, and the production efficiency of the corona wire is improved.
