Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical engineering, and particularly relates to an anti-static and flame-retardant PP non-woven fabric masterbatch formula and a preparation method thereof. The anti-static and flame-retardant PP non-woven fabric masterbatch formula is prepared from components in percentage by mass as follows: 76-90% of PP resin, 2-5% of polyethylene wax, 2-7% of conductive carbon black, 1-3% of a lubricant, 3-8% of a flame retardant, 1.5-3% of an antistatic agent and 0.5-1% of an antiaging agent. The masterbatch is applied to production of non-woven fabrics and has the characteristics that the masterbatch is flame-retardant, anti-static and the like, and problems that existing non-woven fabrics adsorb dust easily and interfere with usage of electronic instruments are solved, so that the non-woven fabrics can meet more diversified use requirements. |
