The invention discloses a Zhuyingsu skin surface antibacterial agent and a preparation method thereof. The antibacterial agent consists of the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of Zhuyingsu, 5-10 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extracts of coptis chinensis, mangnolia officinalis, radix sophorae flavescentis and common cnidium fruit, 5-10 parts of a thickening agent water solution and the balance of purified water, totaling 100 parts. The method comprises the following steps: rectifying and purifying bamboo vinegar so as to obtain a Zhuyingsu component, and combining the Zhuyingsu component with the traditional Chinese medicine extracts of coptis chinensis, mangnolia officinalis, radix sophorae flavescentis and common cnidium fruit as well as pharmaceutical auxiliary materials so as to obtain a finished Zhuyingsu skin surface antibacterial agent which has a broad-spectrum antibacterial property, a strong antibacterial ability, low irritation, and is safe to humans and animals; the antibacterial agent is suitable for resisting bacteria on the surfaces of skin and appliances in such institutions as kindergartens, schools, offices and hospitals; a new skin surface antibacterial agent product is provided for daily epidemic prevention; and the antibacterial agent is relatively good in economic and social benefits.
