The invention relates to a sound-light warning device facilitating mobile operation. The sound-light warning device consists of a caution device and a non-trace positioning clamp which is used for fixing the caution device, wherein the non-trace positioning clamp consists of a transverse clamp and an adhesive chain which is arranged on the transverse clamp; the transverse clamp is provided with clamping hooks which are arranged symmetrically. The sound-light warning device facilitating the mobile operation is a safety protective device with a langue and character dual-warning function (namely, a character prompting function and a corresponding voice prompting function are achieved). Firstly, the characters on a signboard can warn an operator not to get close to an electrified body; when the operator does not see the characters and gets close to an electrified side due to carelessness, a voice alarm board senses that the operator gets close by utilizing an infrared sensing principle, a red light start to blink, and a voice warning is given out to inform the operator who enters by mistake of prohibition for entering the area, and warns the operator to enter a correct position to operate.
